As the news we knew:
December 6, 2024, local time in the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rendered its judgment in the TikTok case as scheduled. ByteDance and TikTok suffered a complete defeat. The reason remains the same as before, and now the platform is faced with the consequence of having to complete divestment by January 19, 2025, or its service providers may face fines of up to $850 billion.
After this news, we heared many sounds especially form Trump:

Furthermore, according to the current narrative, the PAFACE is not directly targeted at TikTok itself, but rather, within a certain period, it is aimed at various app stores that provide services to the platform, as well as businesses that offer internet hosting services to it.
Stores like the Apple App Store and Google Play will not be able to provide new user downloads and updates for existing users. Otherwise, they will be fined $5,000 per occurrence. There are also data service providers like Oracle.
Previously, TikTok was forced to migrate its servers to Oracle and transfer its data there. Now, this creates an awkward situation. Whether to continue providing services or how to arrange things going forward is a matter of contention. If fines are really imposed, the situation becomes even more awkward.
Furthermore, considering the recent cooperation with various other platforms by AMZ, such as Shopify… whether to continue or sever cooperation? This is quite an awkward situation.
However, at least from a certain perspective, the most suitable approach at the moment seems to be summed up in a single word: ‘delay’.
Trump’s ability to make a difference is limited; it’s unrealistic to say he can completely overturn things, but to say he can delay the matter, there is still room for maneuver.
Recall the situation in Indonesia previously, where it was initially stated that TikTok Shop could not operate alongside TikTok and had to be separated. The platform initially delayed for a while, then invested and merged with a local platform, changing its guise to continue operations. At least up to now, TikTok Shop in Indonesia has been able to continue operating safely.
So, what if TikTok in the U.S. region, hypothetically, were to again use certain means to complete the separation of some parts? Or, alternatively, collaborate with local U.S. companies to continue operating TikTok’s U.S. business under their ‘guise’?
