Opera has unveiled a new AI feature in its browser that allows users to manage tabs using natural language commands. Users can group, pin, bookmark, or close tabs by typing requests like “Group all video tabs” or “Close my YouTube tabs” in the Aria command bar. The feature processes commands locally, ensuring user data privacy. This tool aims to help users organize numerous open tabs efficiently, especially when juggling work and personal browsing. Currently available in Opera’s developer version, the feature builds on the browser’s previous AI-driven tab grouping concept, Tab Islands.
